I'm not here to sell magic diet pills; dieting is much easier than that! Any diet will work as long as you take care of yourself emotionally and mentally.


I strongly believe that it is human nature to eat our feelings, especially the sad ones. Contrary to what advertisers will tell you, junk food does not make you happy in the long run. For some stupid reason, vegetables do.


Eating less is only half the equation. The other half is moving more. What moves me? Pushing the iron. Running down  trails. Dancing to the beat. Crying on airplanes.

It's not about how you exercise, it's how often. Grab a workout buddy. Find a dancing partner. Watch the first 10 minutes of Up everyday, if you are in the right headspace.
